Precautions for Using Hose
The rubber should be used under the recommended temperature and pressure range.
Because rubber hose will change with its internal pressure expansion and contraction, please cut the hose length slightly longer than you need.
When pressure is applied, please open and close slowly any switching valve to avoid any impact pressure.
It should be used under the range of the bending radius, or it will cause the hose to break and reduce the performance of pressure-resistant.
When use powder, particles, it may easily cause wear and tear. Please zoom hose bending radius as possible.
Please do not use the hose under extreme bending radius condition if it nears the metal parts.
Do not make the hose contact directly and near the fire.
Do not step and pressure hose by vehicles.
Precautions of Assembling Hose
Please select the suitable hose fittings size.
When hose fittings end portion is inserted into the hose, paint oil on hose and hose end, please do not use roasted. If fittings end is not inserted, you can use hot water to heat the hose.
The saw portion of the fittings should be inserted fully into the hose.
Do not use the fittings which can be pushed into hose one time, that may cause the hose rupture.
Select the special sleeve or tie, excessive wire ligation are forbidden to use.
Injuries or rusty joints should not be used.
Precautions of Inspect Hose
Check before use: please make sure the hose without abnormal appearance trauma, hardening, softening, bad color and so on.
Regular checks, during of using hose, be sure to check the hose a monthly periodical.
Operator wear protective clothing which includes gloves, rubber boots, goggles, Those equipment is mainly used to protect the safety of operator.
Make sure work area safe and orderly.
Check every fitting of hose whether is secure.
When not use, do not make in a pressure state.
The malfunction of outer
The appearance of hose cracks.
The main reason of appearance of hose cracks is that hose bends under a cold weather.
The outer of hose occurs bubbling.
The reason for bubbling either hose substandard quality or using improperly.
The hose is not broken but with a lot of oil leakage.
The hose has a lot of leakage, but it is not broken, the reason is that the hose inner layer with erosion, abrasion and a large of area of leakage of wire that leads leaks a lot of oil.

Malfunction of Inner Layer
The hose inner is hard and cracks, the main reason is that the addition of plasticizer in the rubber makes hose flexible, but overheated hose will make plasticizers overflow.
Inner layer deteriorates seriously and swell significantly, the main reason is that the hose material is not incompatible with the hydraulic systems, hose deteriorates by chemical action.
Reason of Damage
The inner and outer of high pressure hose are made of anti-oil rubber, reinforcement layer (2 - 4 layers) braided or spiraled steel wire. The poor quality hose usually shows as follows: braided steel wire is too tight, loose or the few layer steel wire number; Hose deforms seriously when pressure is applied; Poor airtight of outer layer leads steel wire corrosion. Poor airtight of inner layer leads high pressure oil easily into the steel wire layer; Rubber layer and steel wire layer have insufficient adhesion. Above all the conditions will make the hose stand poor pressure. In the end, the hose breaks at the weakness of hose wall.
When assemble hose and fitting, the choice of withhold amount and withhold speed is inappropriate, or the structure, material, size of fitting is not reasonable. All will lead to the hose and fitting withholds too tight and too loose.
when assembled, if the withhold amount is too small, the hose may emerge out of fittings under the action of oil pressure. In contrast, it may easily make the hose inner damage and cracks. The high pressure oil will directly into the steel wire layer and spray or the oil build up along the steel wire which makes hose inner drum kits even rupture. If the assembled speed is too quick, it leads easily the inner layer damage and steel wire layer breaks.
In addition, the unreasonable design of fitting and poor processing quality can also cause damage; if the material of fitting is not suitable, it may easily deforms and affects the hose quality, shorten the hose working life.
Under the premise of quality assurance, if used properly, it will greatly shorten the hose working time, In practice, most of high pressure hose is damaged by improper use.

Transport and storage
The hose should be handled with care during loading and unloading.
Hose must be shipped with roll, in order to avoid excessive bending, heavy goods is forbidden to put on the hose.
Hose is forbidden to transport with acids, alkalis, oil and organic solvents, flammable. Hose body should not contact with the sharp cargo.
For the hose which requires straight shipment, when hose length exceeds load compartment, the long parts should be supported to prevent the hose dragged on the ground.
If the hose is parked in a temporary place, the venue must be smooth and there must has the covers up and down, besides, it can not contact with heat source.
When handle hose, forbidden to drag, for the heavy hose, lifting equipment and special handling equipment should be used hoses.
Storage room should keep clean and ventilation and relative humidity below 80%, the inside temperature of storage should keep between -15°C to + 40°C.
Direct sunlight and rain snow are forbidden.
When storage, hose should place according to the different sizes and types, mix stack is not allowed.
Hose should store in a relax state as possible.
In order to avoid the hose deforms under pressure, the height of stack should not exceed 1.5m. And requires exchanged the stack.
Hose should be away from the acid, alkali, oils and organic solvents or other corrosive liquids, gas.
